A Crafty Little Lassie

Hi to all my lovely blog followers ! Hope you have had a lovely weekend. I have just been so unbelievably busy this past two weeks... there is so much going on over at Little Lassie on Facebook.

I'll fill you in ....

I decided it was time to refresh Little Lassie ... sort of a spring clean. I had a few Ideas about my collections spinning around in my head and I just decided I needed to put all of them into action !

So I added a new collection called 'U Pick'. They are the printed ribbon collection full of gorgeous ribbons that can be ordered in either flat bows, or covered clips in both baby snap clips or alligator clips ! And so far prooving quite popular. ( It does make matching outfits very easy) ... just got a new bunch of ribbon too that I will be adding later on this week.

The other new collection... and if you dont already know about them go and have a look ... are the Combination Collection !! The combination collections are sets of either 3 or 4 clips made to coordinate with one another, and includes one embellished clip to match. Some of my favourite new designs have been so popular that I have had to quickly place my own orders with my clip and button supplier so I can get them out to my fans.

Anyway with all that going on I have decided to fight those facebook 'no competition' rules with a few fun events over on my fanpage ! THURSDAY NIGHT SHOPPING is my presale event where I list my new items that I create each week at a special discounted price for YOU to see first before I list them on my online store, and to be able to purchase first !! SO MUCH FUN... and very successfull with many of my lovely fans turning up to see whats new !

So with all this new stock I have also started a DICSCOUNT STOCK photo album for facebook fans to grab a bargain... mainly headbands are listed in there at the moment... and they will remain permanently discounted until sold !

I am also celebrating the 'oh so close' 600 fans !! Once I reach 600 fans on my facebook page, and then again at 700 fans... I will be having a "DOLLAR DAZZLER DAY" ... many items will walk out the door for a fabulous $1, over the course of the day at random times of that day !! Make sure you get involved ! We just have to get to 600 to do it ! So suggest us to your friends !!

One last very important thing... This week I have been blessed by many of my lovely fans sending me so many great feedback messages about the products they have purchased. I am so lucky to have some very lovely fans who take the time to share their thoughts and thankyou's after opening their parcels. So THANK YOU for your kind words and fabulous fan photos.... So... like I said so much going on... and thats just with Little Lassie !!

At home things have been busy too... I have recently become a 2nd cousin...(my gorgeous cousin Corrine had a beautiful baby girl) to Scarlett May... 3 weeks early... Tiny bub at 5 pound 14 ounces... 3 hour labour too .... lucky ducky !! I'm also getting very excited for my Brother and his girlfriend Kim who are having their first bub in September ! Yay I will be an aunty for the first time. They are planning on finding out if it will be a blue or pink bub very soon... so then i can start shopping like a crazy aunty ... hehe. And finally my sweet, adorable grandmother 'Mumsie' has had an amazing operation to restore her hearing... Cochlear Implants. What a surper star at 87... and such an improvement on her quality of life.... she will no longer get teary on the other end of the phone when she can't understand what we are saying to her. It makes me so happy and excited... a medical miracle !!

Hi all... how are we all on this wet Sunday evening?? (well it is wet here in Coffs Harbour still). We havn't seen much of the sun this past week or so. I hope the rain goes soon... we dont want a repeat of the March 31st Floods from last year !!

Short blog post today, as we just got home from our weekend away and are very very tired, but so pleased with the perfect weekend. Gorgeous bride, great wine, fantastic company, perfect weather... couldn't have asked for better. P.S ( Bago Winery in Wachope is gorgeous, if you ever get the chance to go) !!

Rain Rain Go Away... I'm Going On A Holiday !!

So here I am sitting at my desk... totally unmotivated to pack for our little weekend getaway... It's the weather. Well really, who is inspired to pack a bag for a weekend away by the beach... spa...pool... oh and not to mention a gorgeous wedding in the vinyards, while its drizzling, pouring, drizzling, pouring... so on....
Such a grand weekend planned, the images in my head say its supposed to be a sunny weekend... but I'm sitting here in my dressing gown shivering ?!?
What do I pack?... do a face the dreaded "looks like you've packed for a month" comment... or pack light and hope for the best. Who really knows? I know what I want to wear to the wedding... this in itself took a month to decide... I can't change my mind now... but i dont want to freeze.
This is march right? It isnt meant to be this cold and misserable yet. Although we did face a major flood March last year... hence the reason I am so cold... this room still has no carpet after having to rip it up. Cement floors dont really help the situation. {note to self... need new slippers}.
